BA-PIRC has worked with this partner since 2006. This partner constructs high performance modular housing ranging from Builders Challenge level to Maximized Performance, with most being located in the Florida Panhandle and New Orleans, LA. One of the Louisiana Homes earned LEED Platinum Certification in December, and plans are underway to develop a test/monitoring plan for approval of additional research on the Louisiana homes.
